Magic Lava Lamp

This project was done in Unreal Engine 4. All assets were made by me in Autodesk Maya and textured in Substance Painter. The focus of this project was the material transitions done on the lava lamp as the hero asset and showcasing particles created in the Cascade Editor.

I wanted to create a "magical feeling" set in kid's room in the 90's. I wanted the entire scene to fill alive and in order to do so I added extra transitions before and after the Lava Lamp transition and I wanted to play with other elements in the scene, like the blinking red lights on the radio.
